Welcome to Belford Primary School, where we believe a very special learning experience is provided for every child.
Classes here are small, with a high level of adult support, which helps form strong relationships within the school. We value working in partnership with parents, and shaping each child's time here with them.
Our aim is to recognise the talents of each pupil and to have the highest expectations for their achievements whilst teaching them the necessary skills for life-long learning. Belford is the perfect site for outdoor learning. The vast school field is used for a variety of team games, sports fixtures and PE, not to mention cartwheels and daisy chain production during playtimes. Originally built in 1940, for over 150 pupils, the school has an abundance of space internally, which we use effectively to support our varied curriculum.
Further information about our school can be found on the DfE school performance tables http://dashboard.ofsted.gov.uk/dash.php?urn=122244
